CROCK EDITION 
Crock edition is a truly revolutionary line: the texture reminds of a couverture - half soft and crunchy, thanks to the many inclusions in the product. The products are easy to cut at -18 C and keep their creamy texture during the tasting.
These glazes have a mat look with shiny nuances and can be used both on semifreddos and gelato.
